Hi, I’m Marcelio Leal!
I am a Brazilian from Pará (real Amazon). I work with technology and am curious about many things like learning and education, leadership, music, governance, sports, startups, behavior economy, and psychology.
I build teams that build great products for startups and tech companies. For the past two decades, I worked for companies like Nubank, Amazon, GetYourGuide, BHub, QEdu, Tripda, Dafiti, SiteApps, among others. You can see it in detail on my Linkedin.
Beyond that, I work as a consultant, auditor, and advisor for Startups, and I am an active member in some communities and events. Currently, I am co-founder of Beyond Tech Conference and advisor in E-station.
I lived in 3 cities and currently, I am by the Vila Madalena and Pinheiros, São Paulo, most of the time (others Belém-PA in Brazil, and Berlin in Germany). I am a kitesurfer and from July you can see me in Ceará or Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. I love deep conversations, life histories, traveling, and cultures.
